AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Matúš Balický - ITTech (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Slovakia at Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, 831 06 Bratislava-Rača, Slovakia, Bratislava, Bratislavský kraj, 831 06. Our VAT number is 55918034.

We operate the website https://littlesavings.detlixx.com (the “Site”), the mobile application Little Savings (the “App”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Matúš Balický - ITTech, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to modify these Legal Terms from time to time, and will alert you by updating the “Last updated” date.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Legal Terms prior to using the Services.

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. Your submissions

Submissions: By sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback, or other information about the Services (“Submissions”), you agree to assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submission. We shall own the Submission and may use or disseminate it for any lawful purpose without acknowledgment or compensation.

You are responsible for what you post or upload: By sending us Submissions through any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read and agree with our “PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES” and will not post, send, publish, upload, or transmit any Submission that is illegal, harassing, hateful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, bullying, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, false, inaccurate, deceitful, or misleading. You also waive any moral rights to such Submissions and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant us these licenses. You are solely responsible for your Submissions and agree to indemnify us for any losses resulting from your breach.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms.
  • You are not under the age of 13.
  • You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Services.
  • You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means.
  • You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse your current or future use of the Services.

4. PRODUCTS

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept various forms of payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services and to update such information promptly. Sales tax will be added as required, and all payments shall be in US dollars.

You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any amounts due upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or mistakes even after payment has been requested or received.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order, including orders made with the same account, payment method, or billing/shipping address, and orders that appear to be from dealers, resellers, or distributors.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Billing and Renewal

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without prior approval for each charge until you cancel. The billing cycle is monthly.

Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial to new users who register with the Services. At the end of the free trial, your account will be charged according to the chosen subscription plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. If you have questions or are unsatisfied with our Services, please email us at balicky.matus17@gmail.com.

Fee Changes

We may change the subscription fee from time to time and will communicate any such price changes in accordance with applicable law.

7. REFUNDS POLICY

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

  • Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without our written permission.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services or the servers/networks connected to the Services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Services.
  • Use the Services to transmit any viruses, worms, or harmful software.
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which may harm the Services or other users.

9. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

By posting any content on or through the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Services.

10. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You hereby grant us the license to use your contributions for any purpose, including commercial purposes, without further notice or compensation.

11. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS

We welcome your reviews and feedback; however, you must ensure that any review you post does not contain offensive language, personal attacks, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove any review that does not comply with our guidelines.

12. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSE

The use of our mobile application is subject to these Legal Terms. You agree to use the app in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

13. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or content that are not owned or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for such third-party content.

14. ADVERTISERS

Advertisements or sponsored content displayed on our Services do not constitute an endorsement by us. We are not responsible for the content of such advertisements.

15. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to manage the Services, including the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services without notice.
